UK Deliveries:

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK deliveries.

For orders up to £160, the delivery cost is £3.95

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £160.

We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed.

European Deliveries

We ship to Europe via Royal Mail International Tracked.

For orders up to £250 the delivery cost is £12
For orders over £250 the delivery cost is £20

Please note: local VAT and customs charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

International Deliveries (Outside UK & EU)

We ship globally via Royal Mail International Tracked.

For orders up to £250 the delivery cost is £15
For orders over £250 the delivery cost is £22

We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Import duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate your return, please email us at nimathelabel@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you the returns form and address.

Please note:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
• Items will only be eligible for a refund if returned in their original condition. We are unable to issue refunds for items that show signs of wear, washing, strong odours (including perfume or deodorant), or makeup and other stains. We kindly suggest trying items on with care.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please email us at nimathelabel@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Items must be returned for inspection. Once confirmed as faulty, we will issue a full refund, including the original and return postage cost.
